Why do I have to pay a deposit?
We aim to keep all items in pristine condition for you and the next bride/customer so we stress that the ultimate care is taking with our items and our hire guidelines are read and followed. We understand accidents can happen which is why we require a deposit.
When will I get my deposit back?
All deposits are refunded upon return of items pending no damage once we have fully inspected the returned items. Usually this is done within 48 hours of return however during busy periods please be patient that this may take up to 1 week depending on the amount of returns to process.
Any damage/loss of the item will result in loss of deposit (this amount may vary depending on the extent of the damage). If the damages or loss of item cost is greater than the deposit, an additional replacement fee may be required.
